• Cleaned sugarcane enters the premises

• Juice from the crushing mill is filtered by food grade 304 stainless steel vibro filters

• This filtered sugarcane juice directly enters the boiling house via stainless steel pipelines

• The juice is then processed in closed vacuum pans, ensuring zero contamination

​

• All water used throughout the plant goes through a water softening unit,  RO Filters, TDS Filters before entering production

​

• The entire plant including every piece of machinery is washed every day 

​

• Additional periodic maintenance and cleaning is also scheduled regularly

​

• The plant goes even beyond the stipulated KSPCB Norms. The chimney's extra height prevents soot from contaminating the product and hence hygiene is maintained​
